Ms. Chan earned her undergraduate degree from Columbia University, Barnard College, and her law degree from American University, Washington College of Law.

Ms. Chan is a member of the New York and New Jersey State Bars, and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court; United States Courts of Appeals for the First, Second, Third and Eleventh Circuits; and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey.

Ms. Chan's practice focuses on all aspects of complex antitrust litigation.
