EPHRAIM R. GERSTEIN
Mr. Gerstein earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan, graduating with distinction, and his law degree from the University of Texas.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Gerstein was a member of the United States Air Force, where he served in the Office of the Judge Advocate General and as an Assistant Staff Judge Advocate, Deputy Staff Judge Advocate and Acting Staff Judge Advocate working on a wide variety of criminal, military and corporate law matters. Mr. Gerstein has been awarded the Air Force Commendation Medal and an Air Force Meritorious Service Medal.
Mr. Gerstein is admitted to the Bars of the States of New York and Texas, and is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
Mr. Gerstein's practice focuses on all aspects of complex antitrust litigation.
