David Rochelson graduated from Harvard University with honors in English & American Literature & Language in 2005 and received his law degree, cum laude, from New York University School of Law in 2012.
Mr. Rochelson is a member of the American Bar Association Antitrust Law Section, where he is a Vice Chair of the Joint Conduct Committee. He is admitted to the Bar of the State of New York, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. His practice focuses on all aspects of complex antitrust litigation.
Mr. Rochelson joined Garwin Gerstein & Fisher in June 2022. Prior to that, Mr. Rochelson was an associate at Robins Kaplan LLP, representing plaintiffs in antitrust class actions, and at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, where he worked on various types of complex litigation.
