Ms. Tydniouk earned her undergraduate degree from Odessa State University, Odessa, Ukraine, graduating cum laude, and her law degree from Brooklyn Law School, graduating cum laude. During law school, Ms. Tydniouk wrote for the Brooklyn Journal of International Law.

Ms. Tydniouk is admitted to the Bar of the State of New York, and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

Ms. Tydniouk’s practice focuses on all aspects of complex antitrust litigation.
