Elena K. Chan
Elena K. Chan is a cum laude graduate of Barnard College of Columbia University and American University, Washington College of Law. During law school, Ms. Chan participated in the Glushko-Samuelson Intellectual Property Law Clinic, and was a summer fellow at the American Civil Liberties Union.
Ms. Chan is a member of the New York and New Jersey state bars, and admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, United States Courts of Appeals for the First, Second, Third and Eleventh Circuits, and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey.
Ms. Chan’s practice focuses on all aspects of complex antitrust litigation.
Her pro bono work has included legal counseling through the New York City Civil Court System’s Civil Legal Advice and Resource Office (CLARO) and NYCLA’s Legal Counseling Project
