Mr. Gerstein earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan, with honors, and his law degree from Brooklyn Law School.

Mr. Gerstein is admitted to the Bar of the State of New York, and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.

Mr. Gerstein’s practice focuses on all aspects of complex antitrust litigation.
