Mr. Opper earned his undergraduate degree from Tufts University and his law degree from Hofstra University School of Law.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Opper was employed by the law firm of Milberg Weiss Bershad Hynes & Lerach LLP, where he specialized in antitrust and human rights litigation. Mr. Opper was a member of the Antitrust Bureau of the New York State Department of Law from 1985-1996, serving as Acting Bureau Chief from 1994-1996. From 1977-1985 Mr. Opper was employed by the Legal Aid Society in Brooklyn, New York.

Mr. Opper is admitted to the Bar of the State of New York and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second, Third and Ninth Circuits and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the Eastern District of Michigan.

Mr. Opper’s practice focuses on all aspects of complex antitrust litigation.
