Mr. Silverman earned his undergraduate degree from Grinnell College and his law degree from Northwestern University School of Law.

Mr. Silverman is admitted to the Bar of the State of New York and is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Second and Eleventh Circuits and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the Eastern District of Michigan.

Mr. Silverman’s practice focuses on all aspects of complex antitrust and consumer litigation.
